In this article the author says, teens are staying up in bed texting, and losing sleep hours, and teens need at least 10 hours of sleep.
I think that this is true, because if I were to get a text while in bed trying to go to sleep, I have to read it and see who it was, and what they said, and if I read it, I have to respond. It will normally keep me up a little while, but not take much out of my sleep. My problem is, watching YouTube videos in bed. I will stay up watching random videos that are stupid, but that's what I do when I can't sleep, and apparently the type of lights phone use, keep you awake, so this article is true.
