1300s medicine

11-11

In the 1300s, the doctors didn't have very good ways of making people healthy. Although they kind of make sense, most of them could kill you. For example, if doctors thought you had demons in your head, they would cut a hole in your skull to get the demons out. This is crazy! Also, if you got sick, sometime you would have to get cut and let your "bad blood" out of your body, and of your rich or royalty, you would use leeches. I thought that all of this was crazy, and I would think that a few of them could use common sense and not make someone rub bark on there nose or do any of those crazy ideas. I wonder how no one noticed that none of these work, and how they didn't see it?
